Dr. Jeremy Hall is an associate professor in the Strategy area, Faculty of Business Administration, Simon Fraser University (SFU).Previously he was an associate professor with the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Centre, Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary (2000-2007), where he was also the associate director of the International Institute for Resource Industries and Sustainability Studies, and a Lecturer and Research Fellow at SPRU, Science & Technology Policy Research, University of Sussex (1998-1999).Dr Hall currently holds fellowships with SFU’s Latin American Studies Group, the Centre for Policy Research on Science and Technology (CPROST) and The Centre for Innovation Studies (THECIS).His research interests include sustainable development innovation, stakeholder ambiguity, radical technology development, entrepreneurial learning for social inclusion and inter-firm innovation dynamics.He has conducted international research in the aerospace, agricultural, chemicals, consultancy, energy, forestry, retailing and tourism sectors with support from Genome Canada, the Social Sciences & Humanities Research Council, the International Development Research Centre and the Canadian International Development Agency.Hisresearch has been presented at over 20 conferences, and he has published in for example Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, Greener Management International, Harvard Business Review (Latin American Edition), Industrial & Corporate Change, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Operations Management, MIT Sloan Management Review, R&D Management Journal and Research Policy.Dr Hall received his DPhil from SPRU, Science & Technology Policy Research, University of Sussex, and holds an MBA and B.Sc. from Dalhousie University.
